Not Quite Sunny: The State of Southeastern Small Businesses during COVID

Data from the 2020 Small Business Credit Survey show the magnitude of the pandemic's impact on US small businesses. Small firms in the Southeast were similarly affected, with some key differences. Of note, Black- and Hispanic-owned firms in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana, faced more credit access challanges than their white-owned counterparts.
