A Small Business Ecosystem That Works for Everyone
A thriving small business sector is vital to local job growth and strong regional economies. But during the pandemic, entrepreneurs and small businesses, particularly those owned by women and people of color, were some of the hardest hit by closures and lost income. This article highlights how the 2021 Reinventing Our Communities (ROC) Cohort Program developed racial equity plans to support small business recovery and growth.
