Fifth District Small Businesses Struggle With Operational and Financial Challenges
The challenges that small businesses faced in the Federal Reserve's Fifth District were similar to the challenges that firms faced nationwide in the 2021 Small Business Credit Survey (SBCS), which are detailed in the national report on employer firms.
