Hal Martin
Policy Economist and Director, Small Business Credit Survey
Hal Martin is the director of the Small Business Credit Survey and a policy economist in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. His current work focuses on housing, small business finance and issues of economic inclusion.
Dr. Martin joined the Cleveland Reserve Bank in 2015. He holds a MA and PhD in economics from Georgia State University and a BA in economics from Principia College.
